Orders are dispatched from our Oak Flats, NSW warehouse within 1–3 business days.


We currently ship within Australia only. Someone must be available to sign for delivery — unattended delivery requests void our liability for lost or damaged goods in transit.



RETURNS

Change of mind

 We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. A 15% restocking fee applies, and you cover return shipping.

What can't be returned?

  • Mesh or accessories cut or customised to order
  • Opened or installed kits
  • Bulk or trade orders (at our discretion)

Faulty or incorrect items

 If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you as required under the Australian Consumer Law.
