Our aluminium gutter guard mesh has proven extremely popular over the past decade with an ever increasing demand from professional installers, builders and home owners across Australia.

Now, after 2 years of rigorous testing, we are proud to introduce our patented 2mm x 2mm aperture “EMBER PROOF” WOVEN ALUMINIUM MESH.

Initially designed for use on difficult deep profiled tiles, the strong flexible woven aluminium strands produce an extremely durable mesh, resisting diagonal tearing under tension.

The patented “double folded selvedge” maintains a taut uniform appearance when installed and most importantly the “double fold” prevents the strands from fraying at tension (screw points), as is common with most other woven meshes.

Extensive testing has shown the 2mm x 2mm aperture accepts heavy rainfall without “sheeting” whilst preventing fine debris from entering the gutter system. The open mesh design looks good on the roof and allows for easy see- through inspection of the gutter.

Builders in particular, have realised the benefits of installing our 2mm mesh, not only does it perform exceptionally well in excluding fine debris from the gutter system, but it also acts as an ember proof guard, meeting the Australian Standards for bushfire attack levels as detailed in the 2011 amendment (AS 3959- 2009/ AMDT 2011) required by councils in bushfire prone areas.

All-Flow's woven aluminium mesh is supported by a 15 Year Product Warranty and is powder coated using the world’s leading powder manufacturer, Akso Nobel. It will not rust, will not burn, is compatible with all colorbond roofing and is completely drink water safe.
